Overview:

When a user creates a property with the Create Property API (only accessible to Unee-T Enterprise users) it needs to provide a mandatory Unit Type.

Example:

  • ” House”
  • “Office”
  • “Room”
  • “Apartment Block”
  • “Condominium”
  • etc..

The API is useful for Unee-T Enterprise Users who want to make sure the Property Type they use is valid.

How it Works:

To get the ACTIVE Unit Types:

API Endpoint:

https://eapi.unee-t.com/unittypes

Input:

Not applicable, anyone can query this API.

Output:

The list of active unit types currently in use in Unee-T.

[
...
  {
    "designation": "Apartment Block"
  },
  {
    "designation": "Apartment/Flat"
  },
  {
    "designation": "Condominium"
  },
  {
    "designation": "Hotel"
  },
  {
    "designation": "Hotel Room"
  },
...
]

To get the ALL the Unit Types:

API Endpoint:

https://eapi.unee-t.com/unittypes?all

Input:

Not applicable, anyone can query this API.

Output:

The list of all unit types in Unee-T.

This include the inactive and the active Unit Types.
