Different forms of attachments can be added to a case:

  • Images
  • Videos
  • Voice memos
  • Documents

Right after a case has been created:

Click on the ‘Add photo‘ link in the case conversation

Select ‘Camera‘ to take a new photo with your mobile camera, or ‘Photo Gallery‘ to attach an image from your library

To add an attachment anytime:

Click on the ‘plus’ icon in the case conversation

From the menu that appears, select the type of attachment you wish to add

You can also add attachments under ‘More info’:

Click on the ‘More info‘ link in the case conversation

In the More info screen, scroll to the Attachments section and click on the ‘more’ menu next to the type of attachment you wish to add

Once successfully uploaded, the new image will show up under Attachments
